A stone-baked sourdough pizza from Purezza

Yesterday, on World Vegan Day, I went out to dinner with my wife to Purezza, a vegan pizzeria which has been a favourite of ours for a long time now.

Our first experience of Purezza was on a day trip to Brighton several years ago. They had only been open a week at the time. We liked it so much that we came back the following weekend.

Since then the business has flourished and they have several restaurants around the UK, and in 2019 they won the World Pizza Championship award. And rightly so.

They have restaurants in Brighton, Bristol, London and Manchester. If you’re ever in one of those areas looking for somewhere to eat, I strongly urge you to pay them a visit.
