Getting to inbox zero

Published on 10 November 2021

Last year I wrote about how I was managing my email. Since then I’ve changed my approach somewhat and thought it was worth sharing how I do things now.

Disclaimer: This assumes that you are using GMail, although I’m sure any modern email client will allow you to implement a similar method.

I found this inbox zero tutorial on YouTube recently and really liked the way it recommended email management. I setup both my work and personal GMail accounts this way and have found it’s really simplified the way I handle my email.

There is also a follow up which covers inbox zero best practices and goes into more detail on how to implement this system on a day to day basis.

This post is part of a series of posts in which I write and publish a blog post every day throughout November 2021. There are no constraints on the project and the posts don’t neccissarliy have any connection to each other.

See all of the posts in the 30 days of writing project.
